SHOP INFO AND POLICIES:
While the personalized nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: You may request a return within three days of receiving your order (see *note below). We must receive the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. The item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. We will refund you the purchase price minus the initial shipping costs.
*We cannot accept custom, personalized, and holiday/seasonal returns.

Cancellations: We only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made.

Damaged in transit: We know this can happen, and it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Please send us a picture or two of the damage to the sign and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent after we receive the pictures of the item showing that it has been destroyed and cannot be used. Please hold on to the sign and all shipping material. The shipping company might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim but might require additional information.

Additional info: Our signs are made from natural wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices, and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every sign unique! Our products are coated with premium quality stain or paint. We also apply a protective sealer to certain signs (certain materials do not allow a sealer to be used). Because many of our items are prone to UV exposure, we cannot allow returns or provide refunds due to fading or discoloration over any period of time. If you need some touch-up paint, please let us know. We are happy to help. Additionally, because we use natural wood, cracks can happen. Unless it is damaged in transit and reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item, we cannot allow returns or refunds due to cracks over time.
