Custom Engraved Charcuterie Board

DETAILS:
• Board size is 18″ x 8″ x 3/4″
• Our charcuterie boards are made from natural wood and are never stained in the process. Due to the natural origin of the wood, there may be slight color variations that differ from the pictured boards
• Custom Laser Engraved by us (permanently etched in the wood)

The serving board is made of natural wood and should only be hand-washed. When cutting on the board, it is recommended to use the backside to keep the engraving from being damaged. If the serving board begins to show wear and tear, it can be treated with food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner.

SHOP POLICIES AND INFO:

RETURNS/REFUNDS: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order (see *note below). We must receive the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. The item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
*We are unable to accept returns for custom, personalized, and holiday/seasonal items.

CANCELLATIONS: We only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: We know this can happen, and it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Please send us a picture or two of the damaged items and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement will be made and sent after we receive the pictures of the item showing that it has been destroyed and cannot be used. Please hold on to the items and all shipping material. The shipping company might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim but might need additional information.
