Valentine’s Day Sign Details: 18″ round door hanger; 1″ thick.
Made from real wood (not MDF), painted on both sides (white) with premium outdoor paint. The design is red and black permanent vinyl.

The rope hanger is approximately 4″ long. Ribbon may vary slightly.

SHOP POLICIES AND INFO:

RETURNS/REFUNDS: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order (see *note below). We must receive the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. Item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
*We are unable to accept returns for custom, personalized, and holiday/seasonal items.

CANCELLATIONS: We only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: We know this can happen and it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Send us a picture or two of the damage to the sign and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent after we receive the pictures of the item showing that it has been destroyed and cannot be used. Please hold on to the sign and all shipping material. The post office might need to inspect it. We will submit the claim but might need additional information.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Our signs are made from real wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices, and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every sign unique! Our products are coated with premium quality stain and/or paint. When possible, we also apply a protective sealer (certain materials do not allow a sealer to be applied). Because many of our items are prone to UV exposure, we are unable to allow returns or provide refunds due to fading or discoloration over any period of time. If you need some touch-up paint, please let us know. We are happy to help. Additionally, because we use real wood, cracks can happen. Unless it is damaged in transit and reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item we are unable to allow returns or refunds due to cracks over any period of time.
